青年教师是高等职业院校师资队伍中的生力军,是学校不断发展壮大的人力保障。但目前高职院校青年教师普遍面临的一个难题是科研能力不高,制约着青年教师的发展,进而也会影响到学校的发展。所以分析青年教师科研能力薄弱的原因以及如何培养提高其科研能力是高职院校必须要正视的一个现实问题。
Young teachers are the new force in higher vocational colleges teaching staff, is the continuous development and expansion of the school’s human security. However, at present, one of the common problems faced by young teachers in higher vocational colleges is that the ability of scientific research is not high, restricting the development of young teachers and thus affecting the development of schools. Therefore, analyzing the reasons why the young teachers’ ability of scientific research is weak and how to cultivate and improve their scientific research ability are the realistic problems that vocational colleges must face.
