目的了解濮阳市城区内食品从业人员乙肝大三阳感染情况,为其防治提供技术支持。方法对城区内食品从业人员进行连续监测5年,采用ELISA法查血清HBsAg、HBeAg和抗-HBc。结果 2005-2009年监测食品从业人员42 688名,大三阳感染者401名,感染率9.39‰;2006年感染率15.99‰;18~50岁食品从业人员占90.20%,乙肝大三阳感染率为9.88‰;乙肝大三阳患者呈现单位聚集性。结论食品从业人员乙肝大三阳感染状况不容忽视,存在相互接触感染现象,定期对食品从业人员进行乙肝大三阳监测是有必要的。
Objective To understand the situation of hepatitis B and Sanyang infection among food workers in Puyang City and provide technical support for its prevention and treatment. Methods The food practitioners in the urban area were continuously monitored for 5 years. Serum HBsAg, HBeAg and anti-HBc were detected by ELISA. Results A total of 42 688 food workers and 401 sufferers were monitored during 2005-2009, with an infection rate of 9.39 ‰. The infection rate was 15.99 ‰ in 2006, 90.20% of the food workers aged 18-50 years, hepatitis B and Sanyang infection rate 9.88 ‰; HBeAg positive patients showed unit aggregation. Conclusion The situation of hepatitis B and Sanyang infection among food practitioners should not be neglected. There is mutual contact and infection. It is necessary to regularly monitor the HBsAg of food practitioners.
