以小山水电站1号机组发电机定子绕组绝缘降低的处理经过为例,对2002—2005年1号机组电气预防性试验测得的三相泄漏电流的数据进行分析,从理论上验证了1号机组定子绕组绝缘水平逐年下降,存在局部绝缘薄弱点的结论。并对定子绕组三相泄漏电流不平衡的原因进行了分析,总结了处理此类问题应注意的事项。
Taking Xiaoshan Hydropower Station Unit 1 generator stator winding insulation reduction as an example, the data of the three-phase leakage current measured by the Electrical Preventive Test for Unit 1 from 2002 to 2005 was analyzed. It was verified theoretically that Unit 1 Stator winding insulation levels declining year by year, there is a weak point of local insulation conclusion. The reasons for unbalanced three-phase leakage currents in the stator windings are also analyzed, and the matters needing attention to deal with such problems are summarized.
