许原道,湖南省宁乡县人,中国地质学家.1925年毕业于北京大学地质系后,任湖南省建设厅技士.1928年入湖南省地质调查所任技士,参加地质矿产调查及编制地质图等工作,同时曾兼任湖南大学讲师.1938~1940年转入前资源委员会漠滨金矿工程处,任工程师、处长.直到新中国成立前,先后在资源委员会锑业管理处、经济部采金局、资源委员会第二区特矿处、锡矿山事务所等担
