本文介绍了在熔模铸造生产中净化铸钢件的过滤新技术。研究了采用熔模铸造帽式过滤器净化碳钢、不锈钢、高速钢、低合金钢和高合金钢等精铸件的过滤新工艺及其过滤效果。研究比较了过滤和未过滤铸钢试样的机械性能和断口形貌,并进行了金相分析。研究结果表明,所研究的过滤新技术能改善铸钢性能,有效减少精铸件由于夹杂缺陷所造成的废品,为提高熔模铸钢件质量提供了新途径。
This article describes a new technology for filtering steel castings in investment casting. The new filtration technology and its filtration effect of investment casting precision casting with carbon fiber, stainless steel, high speed steel, low alloy steel and high alloy steel were studied. The mechanical properties and fracture morphology of the filtered and unfiltered cast steel samples were compared and the metallographic analysis was carried out. The results show that the new filtration technology can improve the performance of cast steel, effectively reduce the waste caused by the inclusion defects, and provide a new way to improve the quality of cast steel.
