我院年来收治了布氏杆菌病32例,病人都是来自东北北部某牧场,其中绝大部份病人是临时调到牧场,协助春季接羊羔的男性青壮年,女性青年只有一名。病史中记有15名病人,在牧场工作不足两月,最短者为两周。发病季节集中在四、五两月计24名,三月和六月次之计6名,余两名分别在八、十月发病。调查受染原因是:病人在接羊羔或处理羊流产中,未带防护手套,加上当地气候寒冷,手指皮肤多有皲裂,故通过接触感染的可能性很大,以致在短时间内有很多人先后罹病。32例病人的临床表现是多种多样的,其中7例是以突然发冷、寒战、高热急骤起病。18例是先有头
