Tianjin Seamless Steel Tube Factory is a medium-sized specialized enterprise owned by the whole people. In 1984, it achieved a profit of 25 million yuan, which is equivalent to 20 times that of 1978. From January to August 1985, profits of more than 32 million yuan were realized, an increase of 77.9% over the same period in 1984. How these huge changes are achieved?
