检测人类环境中已存在的化学物质、天然产品及其它新化学物质的致癌性,其需求正日益增长。然而,有效的检测方法仍然十分有限。目前迫切需要快速、简易的筛选方法来代替利用幼令啮齿类动物的长期试验,或至少为确定哪些化学物质需优先在实验动物身上进行致癌试验提供可靠资料。在现有的一些快速简易筛选法中,许多方法只试验了少数几种致癌物,因而其可靠性还需用已经长期动物实验证明的多种致癌
There is a growing demand for the detection of carcinogenicity of existing chemicals in the human environment, natural products and other new chemicals. However, effective detection methods are still very limited. There is an urgent need for rapid and easy screening to replace long-term trials of young rodents or at least to provide reliable information for determining which chemicals need to be prioritized for carcinogenicity in laboratory animals. In some of the existing rapid and easy screening methods, many of the methods tested only a few carcinogens, and their reliability required multiple carcinogens that have been demonstrated in long-term animal experiments
