设计了一套封隔器的井下高温超高压试验环境的模拟及试验装置,对试验装置的主要设备压力容器及其主要受压元件设计方法进行了详实的描述;并根据封隔器外形尺寸及座封方式的不同,设计了一套可扩展变径组件,提高了装置的通用性。装置应用多年来使用良好。该装置的试验数据对石油工业封隔器等井下工具的设计研发、可靠性检验、作业标准的建立,提供了可靠的基础支持。
