血府逐瘀胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗影响的实验研究

目的观察血府逐瘀胶囊对2型糖尿病模型大鼠糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将60只雄性wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、血府逐瘀组、吡格列酮组。高脂饲料伴小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,分别给予各组大鼠相应的干预措施。在给药的第2、5、8周眶后取血,检测大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、血清胰岛素(FINS)及脂联素水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果与空白对照组比较,造模后各组各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与模型组比较,毗格列酮组在干预的第2周时TC、LDL-C、ISI,干预的第5周时TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、FINS、ISI、血脂联素,干预的第8周时TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、FINS、ISI、血脂联素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);血府逐瘀组在干预后的第2周时TC,干预的第5周时TC、TG、血脂联素,干预的第8周时TC、TG、LDL-C、FINS、ISI、血脂联素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊能够改善糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗状态,其作用机制可能是通过调节脂质代谢,从而降低外周游离脂肪酸的含量,增加脂联素的水平。 Objective To observe the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, Xuefuzhuyu group and pioglitazone group. High-fat diet with small doses of streptozotocin (STZ) to establish type 2 diabetic rat models were given the corresponding intervention in rats. At the 2nd, 5th, and 8th weeks of administration, the rabbits were inflated by orbital and the fasting blood glucose (FBG), blood lipids, serum insulin (FINS) and adiponectin levels were measured to calculate the insulin sensitivity index (ISI). Results Compared with the blank control group, there were significant differences in each index after modeling (P <0.05, P <0.01). Compared with model group, TC, TG, LDL-C, FBG, FINS, ISI, TC, LDL-C, ISI at the second week of intervention, (P <0.05, P <0.01). The difference of TC, TG, LDL-C, FBG, FINS, ISI and blood adiponectin in the 8th week was statistically significant TC, TC, TG, blood adiponectin in the fifth week of intervention, TC, TG, LDL-C, FINS, ISI and blood adiponectin in the eighth week of intervention were significantly different (P <0.05, P <0.01 ). Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu Capsule can improve insulin resistance in diabetic rats. Its mechanism may be through the regulation of lipid metabolism, thereby reducing the content of peripheral free fatty acids and increasing the level of adiponectin.
