文中介绍了高压气瓶缺陷检测及安全评定装置的结构、系统组成及系统各部分的功能和作用,设计了双路40MSPS高速数据采集卡,该采集卡具有较高的数据采集质量,适用于各类瞬变信号的实时采集。建立了高压气瓶缺陷分析及安全评定模型,给出了部分软件的算法及详细设计方案。
This paper introduces the structure and system components of high pressure gas cylinder defect detection and safety assessment device as well as the functions and functions of each part of the system. A dual 40MSPS high speed data acquisition card is designed. The acquisition card has high data collection quality, Real-time acquisition of transient signals.
