探讨在硼砂熔盐中被覆VC时的化学反应及其动力学过程。系统地讨论硼砂熔盐特性及主要成分、操作温度、合金元素等对反应速度的影响。并提出VC形成时的碳原子扩散途径:开始碳原子从固溶体中扩散至基体金属表面直接与钒结合,以后的碳原子扩散至基体金属表面,需再穿过VC晶格间隙,扩散至被覆层表面,才与钒结合成VC,使被覆层逐渐加厚。
The chemical reaction and kinetics of VC coated with borax molten salt were discussed. The characteristics of borax molten salt and the influence of main components, operating temperature and alloying elements on the reaction rate were systematically discussed. The diffusion path of carbon atoms during the formation of VC is proposed. At the beginning, carbon atoms diffuse from the solid solution to the surface of the base metal and combine with the vanadium directly. The subsequent carbon atoms diffuse to the surface of the base metal and then pass through the VC lattice interspace to diffuse into the cladding layer The surface, combined with vanadium into VC, the coating gradually thickening.
