贵州农学院是贵州培育高等农业技术人才的摇蓝。四十五年来,在这所“摇蓝”里抚育成长的各类农业技术干部近万人,遍及全国各地,在国外从事农业研究的科学家为数也不少。他们中百分之九十在贵州从事各种工作,从省、地(州)、市到县、区、乡的党政、教育、科研和生产部门都有她培育的人才,不少人已成为工作岗位上的骨干,可谓桃李满天下。
