目的:探讨综合疗法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:对56例复发性口腔溃疡患者给予硫糖铝分散片、氟美松片、维生素B2片研磨外涂,硫酸锌溶液口服,评价其治疗效果。结果:治愈41例,占73.21%,显效8例,占14.28%,有效4例,占7.14%,无效3例,占5.35%,总有效率94.65%。随访1年,2例复发。结论:采取综合疗法治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效确切,操作简便,有较好的临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of combined therapy on recurrent oral ulcer. Methods: Forty-six patients with recurrent oral ulcer were treated with sucralfate dispersible tablets, dexamethasone tablets and vitamin B2 tablets. The zinc sulfate solution was orally administered to evaluate its therapeutic effect. Results: 41 cases were cured, accounting for 73.21%, 8 cases were markedly effective, 14.28% were effective, 4 were effective, accounting for 7.14%, 3 were ineffective, accounting for 5.35%. The total effective rate was 94.65%. Follow-up 1 year, 2 cases of recurrence. Conclusion: The treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with comprehensive curative effect is exact, easy to operate and has good clinical curative effect.
