南京金陵饭店,是中国80年代初建成并投入运转的6家大型现代化旅游饭店之一,也是其中唯一一家由中国人自己管理的国有企业。在金陵饭店开业10周年前夕,国家旅游局批准饭店由“四星”晋升为“五星”,并批准成立我国首家国家级的国际饭店管理公司——金陵(国际)饭店管理公司。金陵饭店的实践表明:中国人完全有能力自己管理好大型现代化酒店。如今,金陵硕果累累,不但走出了一条先仿后创的新路,结晶成60万字的金陵管理体系,而且已具备输出管理经验和人才的能力。
Nanjing Jinling Hotel is one of six large-scale modern tourist hotels built and put into operation in China in the early 1980s. It is also the only state-owned enterprise managed by the Chinese themselves. Jinling Hotel on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the opening, the National Tourism Administration approved the hotel from “four-star” was promoted to “five-star” and approved the establishment of China’s first national-level international hotel management company - Jinling (International) Hotel Management Company. The practice of Jinling Hotel shows that Chinese people are fully capable of managing large-scale modern hotels themselves. Today, Jinling fruitful, not only out of a new path after imitation, crystallized into 600,000 words of Jinling management system, but also has the output management experience and ability of personnel.
