剖腹产术是产科常见的急症手术,通过对43例前置胎盘剖腹产手术病人术中观察和临床资料分析,简单阐述此类病人麻醉和手术引起的心血管反应。临床资料 43例患者中,年龄20～25岁者13人,26～30岁者24人,31岁以上者6人。术前检查除2例血压在130—150/70-90mmHg外,其余患者收缩压在90～130mmHg,舒张压在60～90mmHg,脉搏100次/分以下者36例,100～120次/分者7例。大部分患者血常规显示轻、中度贫血。属于中央型前置胎盘
Caesarean section is a common obstetric surgery in obstetrics.
