离子交換树脂近年来应用日益广泛,如在医药工业方面較普遍地应用于水的净化、抗菌素和生物硷的提純分离,在医疗临床方面用于減少体內的钠鉀离子、治疗水腫、妊娠毒血症、胃酸过多症等。但在药品鑑定方面的应用文献上报导还不多。为了改进和提高药品鑑定工作效率,在药品含量分析上推广应用离子交換树脂实有必要。根据作者的体会,应用阳离子交換树脂分析药品的含量,具有操作简单快捷、技术容易掌握、节約化学試剂、能解决一般不易解决的复杂分析技
