页岩气是清洁高效的非常规能源,也是湖北省潜在优势矿产。湖北省富有机质页岩层系多、分布广,页岩气资源潜力巨大,但是页岩层系形成时间跨度大、类型多,不同层系页岩气前景存在较大差异,经历多期构造运动改造,页岩气成藏条件复杂,既影响页岩气开发潜力,又增加了页岩气勘探开发难度。近几年来,本省页岩气调查评价与商业性勘探开发同步展开,取得了一定进展,但在储量落实、产能建设上尚未取得真正突破,产业发展面临资源、技术、政策、效益等方面挑战:页岩气可采资源尚未落实,页岩气勘探开发核心技术尚未完全掌握,页岩气勘探开发投资信心不足,页岩气开发对环境的影响值得关注。综合全局,要使湖北省页岩气产业破茧成蝶,亟需进一步强化政策措施,加快实现储量落实、产能建设的战略突破。
Shale gas is a clean, efficient and unconventional energy source, and it is also a potential advantageous mineral in Hubei Province. The organic-rich shale in Hubei Province has many layers and is widely distributed. Shale gas resources have great potential. However, shale formations have a long time span and many types. The prospects of shale gas in different strata are quite different, and they have undergone multi-phase tectonic reconstruction. Shale gas accumulation conditions are complex, affecting not only the potential of shale gas development, but also increasing the difficulty of shale gas exploration and development. In recent years, the investigation and evaluation of shale gas in this province has started simultaneously with commercial exploration and development, and certain progress has been made. However, no real breakthrough has been made in the implementation of reserves and production capacity. The development of the industry faces challenges in terms of resources, technology, policies, and benefits. Shale gas recoverable resources have not yet been implemented, shale gas exploration and development core technologies have not yet been fully grasped, shale gas exploration and development investment is not confident, and the impact of shale gas development on the environment is worthy of attention. In an overall view, to make the shale gas industry in Hubei Province into a butterfly, it is imperative to further strengthen policy measures to accelerate the strategic breakthrough in the implementation of reserves and production capacity.
