编者按:从新《大气污染防治法》首次将VOCs纳入防治范围,到《挥发性有机物排污收费试点办法》的实施,再到北京、上海、江苏、安徽、湖南5省市出台相关的VOCs排污收费标准,VOCs排放已成为国家的治理重点,可以预测,接下来更多省市将启动VOCs排污收费。对于印刷企业来说,面对如此强硬的政策,该如何应对?又有哪些困惑?本期,我们特别邀请了北京、上海、江苏的印刷企业代表以及行业专家就以上问题来共同探讨。
Editor’s note: The VOCs were first included in the new “Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law”, and the implementation of “Pilot Measures for Volatile Organics Pollutant Charging and Charges”, and related VOCs sewage charges were issued in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, and Hunan. Standards, VOCs emissions have become the country’s governance priorities, it can be predicted that more provinces and cities will start VOCs sewage charges. For printing companies, how do we deal with such a tough policy? What are the perplexities? In this issue, we invited representatives from printing companies in Beijing, Shanghai, and Jiangsu, as well as industry experts, to jointly discuss the above issues.
