专业性、创造性是未来社会对人才的基本要求,而专业性,创造性归根到底就是一种个体个性的弘扬。这样,发展个性也就成为现代教育研究的一个重要课题。在此背景下,高扬个性旗帜的“校本课程”成长起来了。70年代以来,一些学者将后现代主义思想引入到了课程理论中,个性化成为未来课程理论与实践发展的恒久的主题。因此,校本课程开发的价值追求必然是个性化。笔者认为校本课程开发实质上是一个以学校为基地,以教师和学生为参与主体,有课程专家、家长、社区人士等共同参与,对课程(包括国家、地方课程)进行选择、改编的过程,其最终目标是:充分发掘学生的个性
Professionalism and creativity are the basic requirements for future talents in society. Professionalism and creativity are, in the final analysis, the promotion of individual personality. In this way, the development of individuality has become an important topic in modern education research. In this context, the “school-based curriculum” that has raised the banner of individuality has grown up. Since the 1970s, some scholars have introduced post-modernism into curriculum theory, and personalization has become a permanent theme in the development of future curriculum theory and practice. Therefore, the pursuit of the value of school-based curriculum development must be personalized. The author believes that school-based curriculum development is essentially a school-based process, with the participation of teachers and students as subjects, and the participation of curriculum experts, parents, and community personnel to select and adapt courses (including national and local courses).
