这篇文章闡述了引黄、引汉、引灤以开辟华北航运網兼作灌溉渠系的可能性与必要性,而以由郑州黄河北岸引水到北京以开辟南北运河北段为其中的重要环节。因此,对黄河綜合开发利用申的下游规划問題,提出了不同的意见。我們根据“百家爭鳴”的方針,特介紹出来,以供大家参考、研究和討论。
This essay elaborates on the possibility and necessity of dredging the Yellow River, drawing on the Han River and drawing water from the Luanhe River to open a north China shipping network and serves as an irrigation canal system. However, it is an important link among them that it leads from the north bank of Zhengzhou Yellow River to Beijing to open up the northern section of North-South Canal. Therefore, different opinions have been put forward on the downstream planning of the comprehensive development and utilization of the Yellow River. According to the principle of “a hundred schools of thought”, we introduce it for reference, research and discussion.
