患者常××女38岁双眼视物模糊10余年,右眼前有黑影5天。于1990年2月2日就诊。10多年前,双眼视物模糊,因近视而配镜矫正。以后,左眼视力较前降低,未引起重视。5天前,右眼前出现黑影。无其它病史及家族史。全身检查未见异常。视力右眼0.1,左0.1,矫正视力右-16D→0.1,左-16D→0.1。双眼前节未见异常。左眼视乳头呈椭
Patients often × × 38-year-old binocular vision blurred more than 10 years, the right eye shadow 5 days before. On February 2, 1990 treatment.
