In this paper, 28 patients (18 males and 10 females) admitted to CCU with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were enrolled. Age 34 ~ 65 years old. 34 healthy controls (20 males and 14 females). Age 28 to 59 years old. The dynamic changes of kininase II (ACE) in both groups were measured. Blood samples were taken at 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days and 10 days after onset of AMI
