白细胞不同分化阶段呈现不同的抗原表现型,白血病细胞在一定程度上均具有相应分化阶段的正常自细胞的表型。应用单克隆抗体等进行免疫学分型研究能较确切地反映白血病细胞的分化程度。本文报告应用一组髓细胞系列的堆克隆抗体对M_2、M_2组白血病细胞进行测定的结果及分析。
Different stages of leukocyte differentiation showed different antigen phenotype, leukemia cells to a certain extent, have the appropriate differentiation phase of the normal self-cell phenotype. The use of monoclonal antibodies and other immunological typing can more accurately reflect the differentiation of leukemia cells. This article reports the results and analysis of a panel of myeloid cell clones using the M_2 and M_2 leukemia cells.
