随着国家对新能源汽车行业的重视度升级,国内对相关产业的人才培养需求加大,由于新能源汽车行业属于新兴科目,涉及专业范围广,出现时间晚,因此其培养体系研究相对较少,本文针对新能源汽车行业的国内现状、人才需求及相关培养体系的特点进行分析,提出相应的培养策略、学科建设,为我国新能源汽车行业解决人才培养问题。
As the state attaches great importance to the new energy automotive industry, domestic demand for personnel training in related industries has increased. Since the new energy automotive industry is a newly emerging subject involving a wide range of professions and a late appearance, the research on its training system is relatively rare In this paper, the current situation of the domestic NEV industry, the demand for human resources and the characteristics of the relevant training system are analyzed. Relevant training strategies and discipline construction are put forward to solve the problem of training qualified personnel in China’s NEV industry.
