目的观察牛黄熄风胶囊（ＮＨＸＦＣ）对大鼠体内血小板聚集率及优球蛋白溶解时间的影响。方法将２４只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠随机分为实验组、药物对照组和生理盐水对照组，分别以牛黄熄风胶囊、脑血康口服液和生理盐水定量灌胃，７ｄ后心脏取血测定其血小板聚集率及优球蛋白溶解时间，并进行组间比较。结果牛黄熄风胶囊组血小板聚集率明显低于脑血康组（Ｐ＜０．０１）和生理盐水对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而优球蛋白溶解时间明显短于生理盐水组（Ｐ＜０．０１），但与脑血康组间差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论牛黄熄风胶囊具有显著的抗血小板聚集及促纤溶作用，其抗血小板聚集作用优于脑血康。
Objective To observe the effect of Niuhuang Xifeng Capsule (NHXFC) on platelet aggregation rate and euglobulin lysis time in rats. Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group, drug control group and saline control group. The rats were given gavage Xifeng Capsule, Naoxuekang oral liquid and normal saline, respectively. After 7 days, their blood samples were collected to measure platelet aggregation Rate and euglobulin lysis time, and compared between groups. Results The platelet aggregation rate of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule group was significantly lower than that of Naoxuekang group (P <0.01) and saline control group (P <0.01), while the euglobulin lysis time was significantly shorter than that of saline group <0.01), but there was no significant difference with Naoxuekang (P> 0.05). Conclusion Bezoar Xifeng capsule has significant anti-platelet aggregation and fibrinolysis, and its anti-platelet aggregation effect is superior to Naoxikang.
