近几年来大量的资料研究表明绝经后妇女高雄激素症(HAG)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)有关。IR可能是绝经后妇女心血管疾病及非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)高发的中间环节。本文就有关问题的进展作一综述。
In recent years a large number of data studies have shown that postmenopausal women and hyperandrogenism (HAG) and insulin resistance (IR) related. IR may be an intermediate link between cardiovascular disease and non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) in postmenopausal women. This article reviews the progress of the problem.
