本文通过对陕西省农民工职业选择现状的调查与实证分析,指出农民工的人力资本与他们的职业选择具有较强的相关性,因此提出提高农民工的人力资本存量是改善农民工生活状况的有效途径。
Based on the investigation and empirical analysis of the status quo of migrant workers’ employment choice in Shaanxi Province, this paper points out that the migrant workers’ human capital has a strong correlation with their job choices.
