在当今科学技术迅猛发展、综合化程度越来越高的情况下,情报研究有其特殊的意义,已引起世界各国高度重视。在我国,这项工作开始于五十年代。其后由于工作中出现了一些问题,而这些问题又没有得到认真研究与解决,以致引起一些人的怀疑,情报研究该不该搞?情报界同时也展开了激烈的争论。有的认为不应该搞,搞研究没有条件;有的认为情报机构承担情报研究的历史使命已经完成,应将这项工作移交出去;有的认为我国情报研究质量低下,与国外同类工作相比,差距甚远,这项工作不应叫做情报报究;有的则认为情报研
With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing degree of integration, intelligence research has its special significance and has drawn great attention from all countries in the world. In our country, this work started in the fifties. Since then, some problems have emerged in the work which have not been studied and solved seriously, arousing the suspicion of some people. Should information research be conducted? The intelligence community also conducted heated debates. Some people think that there should be no conditions for engaging in research; some believe that the historical mission of intelligence agencies undertaking the research of intelligence has been completed and this work should be handed over; and some think that the quality of intelligence research in our country is low. Compared with similar foreign work, There is a long way to go. This work should not be called intelligence reporting; others think intelligence research
