我国近年连续推出一系列鼓励政策推动新能源汽车行业的发展。在国家政策的支持和全球环保舆论的压力下,虽然存在广阔市场,有一定的政府补贴,但是新能源车企也面临着严峻的资金压力。一方面企业营运资金不足,国家补助资金未能及时在生产有效周期内提供给企业;另一方面资金占用不断增加,企业需要扩大业务规模并进行新技术研发。怎样盘活新能源车企存量资金,使资金链在带动企业运转的同时能够保持健康稳健的工作循环,对企业发展来说是至关重要的。本文对新能源汽车企业存量资金成因进行了分析,找出问题所在并提出相应的建议与解决对策。
In recent years, China has successively launched a series of incentive policies to promote the development of the new energy automotive industry. Under the support of national policies and the pressure of global environmental protection public opinions, although there is a vast market and certain government subsidies, the new energy car companies are also facing severe financial pressure. On the one hand, there is not enough working capital for the enterprises and the state subsidy funds can not be provided to the enterprises in a timely manner during the production effective period; on the other hand, the capital occupation is increasing. Enterprises need to expand their business scale and carry out research and development of new technologies. How to tap the stock of new energy vehicle prices, so that the capital chain in driving enterprises to operate at the same time be able to maintain a healthy and robust work cycle, the development of the enterprise is crucial. This paper analyzes the causes of capital stock of new energy automobile enterprises, finds out the problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions and solutions.
