对失效断裂的汽车车轮轮轴进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相组织观察和断口形貌观察。结果表明:3种轮轴材料化学成分和强度均符合相关标准对S55C钢的技术要求,断后伸长率总体低于技术要求;轮轴为单向弯曲应力的作用下的快速脆性断裂,起裂区位于变截面应力集中处,是当轮胎受到横向作用力时轮轴的受力最大区;一定的冲击应力(包括可能叠加的装配载荷)作用及材料韧塑性差是轮轴发生脆性断裂的原因。
The chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure observation and fracture surface morphology of failure wheel car axle were observed. The results show that the chemical composition and strength of the three kinds of wheel axles meet the technical requirements of the relevant standards for S55C steel, the elongation after fracture is generally lower than the technical requirements; the axle is a fast brittle fracture under unidirectional bending stress, Variable cross-section stress concentration, when the tire is subjected to lateral forces when the maximum force axle area; a certain impact stress (including the possible superimposed assembly load) and poor toughness of the material is brittle fracture of the hub causes.
