本刊讯:日照市用半年时间在全市一次性推行中小学校长职级制改革,公办中小学一律取消行政级别,由教育行政部门归口管理。新任校长也不再套用行政级别,全部实行校长职级制管理。目前,日照已建立起以校长选聘、职级评审,职级薪酬、考核评价和任期交流为主要内容的校长职级制度,全面完成这一改革任务。改革后,日照中小学校长实行职级制管理。校长职级由高到低依次为特级、一级、二级、三级。其中,一、二级校长各设三个等次,三级校长设两个等次,共设四级九等。校长必须具备相应任职资格,强化专家评审作用。副校长采取校长提名、组织考察的方式产生,由校长聘任。
