随着我国经济发展的转型,劳动密集型产业受到冲击,失业人员增多。新的形势下,国家大力发展创业培训。随着创客教育步入公众的视野,新的教育形式的风靡。本文通过对失业人员的创业教育研究,拟通过创客教育的启发,探寻出新的就业培训模式。一、失业及事业培训的现状分析(一)失业人员培训的需求增大我国经济改革已经进入了深水区,自2015年以来,经济增长速度放缓,大量的劳动密集型企业面临着重组,兼并。
