The setbacks in life are inevitable. The reasons for students’ frustration are complicated. Whether the cause of the setback is internal or external (subjective and objective factors), students may experience unpleasant emotions such as anxiety and anger. However, how to deal with frustration and how to cultivate students’ ability to endure frustration is a thorny problem in current education and teaching. Students in the formation of sound personality, need to be timely and rational guidance and help. The characteristics of the course itself determines that PE class is a very important class in the process of student personality formation. This requires me
