[目的]观察止咳平喘中药联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组。对照组40例复方甲氧那明,2粒/次,3次/d,餐后服用;沙美特罗替卡松粉剂吸入,1吸/次,2次/d;呼吸道感染抗生素治疗。治疗组40例,止咳平喘中药(炙麻黄、苏子各12g,枳壳、地龙、黄芩、莱菔子、桑白皮、白芥子各10g,杏仁15g,生甘草6g,),每剂煎2次,每次加水500mL,取汁200mL,共400mL,1剂/d,分早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺功能(1s用力肺活量-FEV1-、最大呼气流速-PEF、FEV1/FVC、)嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制10例,显效17例,好转11,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照临床控制6例,显效11例,好转14例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。生化指标改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]止咳平喘中药治疗支气管哮喘,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of relieving cough and asthma with traditional Chinese medicine in treating bronchial asthma. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 80 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. Continuous treatment 7d for a course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, pulmonary function (FEV1-, FEV1 / FVC, Eos, IL-8, TNF- α), adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 3 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 10 cases were clinically controlled, 17 cases markedly improved, 11 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.00%. Control clinical control in 6 cases, markedly effective in 11 cases, improved in 14 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 77.50%. The treatment group than the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Biochemical index improved treatment group than the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Cough relieving and asthma treating traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bronchial asthma, with satisfactory curative effect and no side effects, is worth popularizing.
