根据YB1502型变速器总成结构和工作原理,运用基本静力学分析,得到各挡离合器总成与箱体之间的最大轴承力,作为箱体有限元分析的边界载荷;采用有限元分析方法对箱体进行强度分析,得到最大应力与最大变形量分布情况;对箱体做轻量化处理后,以相同边界载荷进行强度校核;最终将YB1502型变速器箱体壁厚减去2mm。
According to the structure and working principle of the YB1502 transmission assembly, the maximum bearing force between each clutch assembly and the box body is obtained by the basic statics analysis as the boundary load of the box body finite element analysis.
