GB/T1591—94低合金高强度结构钢标准,于1994年1月1日实施。按这个标准组织生产的钢材约占全部钢材总量的15％左右,是个量大面广的重要标准。新标准是在老标准基础上,吸取了ISO、DIN、ASTM等低合金钢标准的特点,结合我国实际情况完成的。新标准水平明显提高,在牌号表示、技术内容上均有较大修改,具体内容可详见本刊1994年第8期。 为使新国标能够很好执行,冶金部信息
