冠状动脉介入治疗后再狭窄是困扰冠心病介入治疗长期疗效的难点问题,近年来AT1受体拮抗剂与预防冠状动脉再狭窄受到了人们的关注。本文对AT1受体拮抗剂与预防冠状动脉再狭窄最新进展作一简要综述。
Restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention is a difficult issue in the long-term treatment of coronary intervention. In recent years, AT1 receptor antagonists and prevention of coronary artery restenosis have drawn people’s attention. This review summarizes the latest progress of AT1 receptor antagonists and prevention of coronary artery restenosis.
