采用反相高效液相色谱法分析高塔复混(合)肥中的缩二脲,并与紫外分光光度法进行比较。研究结果显示,缩二脲保留时约为1.470 min,测定标准曲线线性相关系数为0.999 5,测定样品平均回收率100.1%,变异系数为0.70%;测定结果与紫外分光光度法测定结果相符,测定差异率仅为-0.05%~0.04%。高效液相色谱法操作简单、检测快速、测定重现性好,检测结果准确,可应用于复混肥生产过程中缩二脲的控制,特别是含尿素原料的高塔复混肥生产。
The biuret in high-tower compound fertilizer was analyzed by RP-HPLC and compared with UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the retention time of biuret was about 1.470 min, the linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.999 5, the average recovery of sample was 100.1% and the coefficient of variation was 0.70%. The determination results were in good agreement with the results of UV spectrophotometry. The difference is only -0.05% ~ 0.04%. High performance liquid chromatography has the advantages of simple operation, rapid detection, good reproducibility and accurate test results, and can be applied to the control of biuret in the process of compound fertilizer production, especially the production of high tower compound fertilizer containing urea raw materials.
