石油成分非常复杂,多达近万种,其废水的组成报导有百余种。石油及其产品的致癌性,致畸性已有报导。石油工业废水灌溉农田在沈抚地区已有三十余年历史。中科院林土所对污灌水稻的生态进行许多调查研究,对其增产作用已肯定。但是,其毒性问题,人们很关心。为此,做了流行病学调查,以及慢性毒理学试验。本实验对饲养动物进行了形态病理观察,现将结果报告如下:
