眼镜蛇毒及其心脏毒对肾上腺皮质功能的影响已有文献报告。我们应用~(125)Ⅰ皮质醇放射免疫测定家兔静注金环蛇心脏毒后,不同时间血浆皮质醇含量的变化,以了解其与肾上腺皮质机能的关系。 实验用家兔八只,分别测定正常及耳缘注入毒(0.5—2毫克/公斤)后15分钟,60分钟的血浆皮质醇水平,前后分别进行比较,实验结果:八例正常兔皮质醇平均含量为2.91±0.9微克%,注入蛇毒15分钟后平均皮质醇含量为3.68±1.5微克%,与正常比较无统计学上明显差异,注入60分钟后其皮质醇平均含量为4.71±2.2徽克%,统计学上有显著差异P<0.05,其中三只还做了给毒后120分钟的皮质醇测定,结果与60分钟的皮质醇含量基本一致(4.2±0.21微克%)。
The effects of cobra venom and heart toxicity on adrenocortical function have been reported in the literature. We applied ~(125)I cortisol radioimmunoassay to measure the changes of plasma cortisol content in rabbits after intravenous administration of C. variabilis to understand its relationship with adrenocortical function. Eight experimental rabbits were used to measure plasma cortisol levels at normal and ear marginal injections (0.5-2 mg/kg) 15 minutes and 60 minutes before and after, respectively. The results were as follows: Eight normal rabbits with cortisol The content was 2.91±0.9 μg%, and the average cortisol content was 3.68±1.5 μg% after 15 minutes of injection of snake venom. There was no statistically significant difference from the normal level. The average cortisol content after injection was 4.71±2.2 μg% after 60 minutes of injection. There was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Three of them also had a 120-minute cortisol test. The results were basically consistent with the 60-minute cortisol content (4.2±0.21 μg%).
