根据债券利率在偿还期内是否变化,可将债券区分为固定利率债券和浮动利率债券。固定利率债券指在发行时规定利率在整个偿还期内不变的债券。固定利率债券不考虑市场变化因素,因而其筹资成本和投资收益可以事先预计,不确定性较小,但债券发行人和投资者仍然必须承担市场利率
Depending on whether the bond’s interest rate changes over the repayment period, bonds can be classified as fixed-rate bonds and floating-rate bonds. Fixed-rate bonds are bonds that, at the time of issue, set the rates unchanged for the entire repayment period. Fixed-rate bonds do not take into account changes in the market, so its funding costs and investment income can be predicted in advance, with less uncertainty, but bond issuers and investors still have to bear the market interest rates
