在招收飞行学员的医学选拔中,鼻窦炎的淘汰率常占本科首位,在预校入校后复查占淘汰、观察数也不少,直接影响体检质量和学员的成才率。笔者从1994年开始,对常见的中鼻甲、筛泡及钩突肥大等中鼻道结构变异,前鼻镜观察中鼻道情况受限者,应用鼻内窥镜弥补观察遗漏,配合鼻窦X线平片及上颌窦穿刺、综合作出判定。
