目的:研究骨质增生祛痛膏的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:采用化学刺激法观察骨质增生祛痛膏的镇痛作用;采用巴豆油引起小鼠耳廓炎症模型、醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型、琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿模型,观察该药的抗炎作用。结果:骨质增生祛痛膏对化学刺激引起的疼痛反应有明显镇痛作用;对巴豆油所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及琼脂所致的大鼠肉芽肿形成均具有明显的抑制作用。结论:骨质增生祛痛膏具有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用。
Objective: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammation effects of hyperosteogeny. METHODS: The analgesic effects of hyperosteogeny and anticonvulsant ointment were observed by chemical stimulation; the mouse model of auricle inflammation induced by croton oil, the model of increased capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid, and the rat granuloma induced by agar were used. The model was observed for its anti-inflammatory effects. RESULTS: Bone hyperplasia and phlegm cream had obvious analgesic effect on pain response caused by chemical stimulation; mouse ear swelling caused by croton oil, acetic acid-induced increased capillary permeability in mouse abdominal cavity and agar-induced Rat granuloma formation has a significant inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Bone hyperplasia and phlegm cream has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
