0前言传统滤池工艺陈旧,耗能耗水量大、反冲洗成本高、效果差,因而目前滤池设计已普遍采用小阻力配水系统的滤头、滤板气水反冲洗或滤头、滤板单水反冲洗工艺。滤头、滤板配水系统结构简便、工艺技术可靠,水头损失小、能耗低,无死水区,不易堵塞积泥,施工管理方便。反冲洗水量仅为传统滤池的1/2至1/3, 可以取得良好的过滤和冲洗效果,节约了冲洗水量并解决了供水高峰期的供需矛盾,而且运行稳定,滤后水水质水量明显提高。水厂经济效益和社会效益显著提高。目前已在各类新建滤池以及传统滤池改造的工程中广泛推广应用。
