回顾性总结了经手术和病理证实的25例27侧腮腺腺淋巴瘤的二维及彩色多普勒血流显像,其声像图特征为:①内部回声极低;②低回声区被线状强回声分隔成“网格状”可伴有较大囊腔;③血供较其它良性肿瘤明显增多,血流3级占57%。本义还将各病例的声像图与病理的巨检和镜下所见逐一对照,发现二者关系密切。肿瘤内部回声的变化取决于淋巴间质含量的多少和上皮组织的分布情况,其血供多少取决于淋巴间质中血管的数量及大小。
Retrospectively summarized the two-dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging of 27 cases of parotid adenolymphoma confirmed by surgery and pathology in 25 cases. The features of the sonogram were: 1 very low internal echo; 2 low echo area was lined Echo-like strong echo separated into a “mesh” can be associated with a larger cyst; 3 blood supply was significantly increased compared with other benign tumors, blood flow grade 3 accounted for 57%. The original meaning also compares the sonogram of each case with the pathological giant examination and the microscopic findings and finds that the two are closely related. The change of the internal echo of the tumor depends on the amount of lymphatic interstitium and the distribution of epithelial tissue. The amount of blood supply depends on the number and size of blood vessels in the lymphatic stroma.
