在阐述温州个人集资建房运作模式的基础上,指出个人集资建房是一种合作消费行为,与传统的房地产投资消费存在许多不同,旨在为政府及相关部门进行个人集资建房的可性行分析提供依据。
On the basis of elaborating on the mode of individual fund-raising and building in Wenzhou, it is pointed out that individual’s fund-raising and building is a kind of cooperative consumer behavior, which is different from the traditional real estate investment and consumption. It aims to provide the government and relevant departments with the possibility of individual fund-raising building Line analysis to provide the basis.
