健康强健的体魄是一个人实现未来发展目标的基础条件。强身健体并不是一朝一夕能够实现的,而是需要不断地运动和锻炼,从而提升自己的身体素质。然而,随着时代的不断发展,特别是处于高中时期的学生,课业压力大,并没有太多的时间和精力去锻炼。学生体质虚、肥胖等问题层出不穷。因此,要认清高中体育教学的现状,加强锻炼课程,及时作出调整改进,让学生能在运动中得到劳逸结合和身心释放,拥有更强健的体魄去学习。
