本文提出了设计离子光学系统时对系统参数优选的“目标”函数及其计算机程序,按此程序选择的系统参数,能使二次象差系数平方和最小。
In this paper, we propose a “target” function and its computer program that are optimal for system parameters when designing ion optical systems. The system parameters selected according to this procedure can minimize the square sum of quadratic aberration coefficients.
