以黄瓜(CucumissativusL.)子叶的1/2切块和1/3切块为外植体,用不同激素处理进行芽器官诱导和发根培养实验.发现黄瓜子叶切块在离体培养时同样存在全息现象,无论是芽的诱导还是根的分化,其器官发生的部位以及器官发生的数量、频率的梯度变化都遵循生物全息律.激素的不同、外植体大小的不同都不改变生物全息律在黄瓜子叶组培中发生作用.
The cucumber (Cucumissativus L.) cotyledons 1/2 and 1/3 cuttings as explants, with different hormone treatment of bud induction and hair root culture experiments. It was found that the cucumber cotyledons cut in the same holographic phenomenon during in vitro culture. Whether it is the induction of buds or the differentiation of roots, the organogenesis sites and the number of organogenesis and the gradient of frequency follow the bio-holographic law. Different hormones, different explant sizes do not change the biological holographic law in cucumber cotyledons tissue culture role.
